About
Rohit Sabharwal is an RTI activist and businessman based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Since 2008, he has filed thousands of applications under the Right to Information Act to raise matters of public concern, including illegal construction, environmental issues, public safety, corruption, and failures of civic governance.
He has also pursued more than 35 public interest litigation and contempt matters before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, using legal channels to seek greater transparency, accountability, and responsive public administration.
